I know it's still a couple months out, but wanted to let you know in advance that there is still time to get in on the planning. Since, the majority of the people who came to the last meeting were from around Wichita, our next meeting is going to be there, at Antioch Christian Church on August 23rd at 10:00 a.m.
At the last meeting we got the schedule ironed out! I know those involved with the planning are sooo excited and VERY on board with all the plans they are making! If you have any comments, we'd love to hear them!
You should be receiving two posters and an informative letter in the next week. If you don't see them showing up around our church, let us know and we will get some directly to you!
